Description
To make a Hermès scarf, it takes a studio of 20 freelance designers about two years to complete from design concept, engraving and printing to the hand finishing process. Each scarf contains 65 grams of silk from approximately 250 cocoons, 90cm / 35 x 35 inch square. The company flies the artist to the location that is to be the subject. On average, each scarf will have at least 5 different colours on it.
